Frequently asked questions

How is this different from an interval timer?

An interval timer repeats a single work and rest pair. This circuit timer steps through a list of different named exercises, each with its own duration, then repeats the whole circuit for as many rounds as you set.

Can each exercise have a different length?

Yes. Every exercise in your list has its own seconds field, so you can give a plank longer than a set of jumping jacks, for example.

Does it cue me between exercises?

Yes. It plays a sound at the start of each exercise and each rest, and a completion chime when the final round ends, so you can keep your eyes off the screen.

Can I skip an exercise mid-workout?

Use the Skip button to jump to the next exercise or rest period, which is useful if you finish a move early or need to move on.
